Aire Serv (part of Neighborly®, the world’s largest home services company) is a leader in the HVAC franchise space, with locations throughout the United States.
To bring a consistent sales process and increase sales conversion rates across their North American franchise network, Aire Serv partnered with Lines in 2013 starting a 10+ year relationship culminating in DesignPro, a bespoke version of our Advantage+ Sales App.
DesignPro integrates with ServiceTitan via a RESTful API to deliver job bookings seamlessly to the app, which is installed on sales representatives’ tablets. Using DesignPro, sales reps deliver Aire Serv’s optimized sales presentation before building estimates based on their location’s pricebook and pre-configured options. All orders are then automatically integrated back to ServiceTitan.
As part of an ongoing programme of development, finance packages were extended to be more prominent in the sales process with improved up-sell opportunities for Aire Serv reps. The result was a 230% increase in finance uptake.
Loop adds business insights to DesignPro, which enables Aire Serv to identify stronger and weaker performers across the network easily. Loop’s powerful action management feature helps turn insights into game-changing targeted coaching opportunities, which can be tracked to prove performance gains.
The powerful combination of DesignPro and Loop guides future improvements to Aire Serv’s in-home sales process, whilst also providing quantitative data to inform strategy decisions. All of which keeps Aire Serv ahead of the competition.
